For communication to take place it is necessary to engage at least two parties. An initiator of communication and a receiver, to whom a potential message is being addressed, are often those participants of a dialogue.
The quality of communication, in its turn, is influenced by a greater number of factors, such as the meaning of the message, pre-coded by the initiator-communicator; the channel for the message transition, and the correct perception of the message by the addressee.
The quality of message coding is especially relevant when you communicate remotely. If the meeting takes place online, it is even more obligatory to prepare the context of the message very thoughtfully since the parties involved are quite restricted by technical features of both locations including software, internal space characteristics, not always controlled by the participants external factors-intruders.
